Start with the large areas
Pick a fur color and an outfit color that remain distinct. The builder keeps these choices independent so you can adjust one without replacing your character.
Add one accent
A scarf, goggles or shoe detail is a good place for a brighter accent. Repeating that accent once or twice can connect the design.
Keep a record
Save the editable design file so the exact color codes remain available. A screenshot alone is less reliable for continuing the same design.
